Tool Description:

Evaluation board for the Ultra Low Power Intel486 processor. Interfaces supported - ISA (via a passive backplane), PCMCIA, IDE. In addition, it supports SVGA video and PS/2 mouse and keyboard. the board provides capability for power measurement and clock frequency selection.

Tool Features:

  • Has jumper selectable frequency and voltage options

  • Uses PicoPower chipset (PT86C768 and PT86C718)

  • Flash memory device with system software

  • 4 Mbyte non-parity DRAM

  • Support for flash memory SIMM featuring Intel 28F016XD (or equivalent), 72-pin devices

  • Two serial RS-232 ports

  • one EPP/ECP parallel port

  • PCMCIA socket supporting one Type I or Type II PCMCIA card

  • VGA/LDD display connector

  • ISA edge board connector
